The Need For A World Government - Part A
“World government, global government or cosmocracy is the concept of a common political authority for all of humanity, giving way to a global government and a single state or polity with jurisdiction over the entire world.” - Wikipedia definition of world government. I often look at the various leaders of countries across the world - Narendra Modi, Vladmir Putin, Xi Jinping etc. and the sense of deep patriotism and loyalty they have for their respective ‘countries’. They will do anything to improve the lives of the citizens of their country even if it means sacrificing their own life. Now imagine how much progress humans as a species will make if this loyalty to their ‘country’ changes into loyalty to their ‘planet’.
